Polar Watches....accurate?
I usually do a cardio 30 minute session on exercise TV. I also wear a polar watch that is suppose to tell me how many calories I have burned. I don't feel as though the watch is accurate I feel I burn way more calories. I was thinking about getting a bodybugg is it worth the money?

Different sites....different calories needed?
I am trying to figure out how many calories I need to lose weight. MFP say 1280, sparkpeople says 1900-2300, and calorie counter suggest over 3000. Sparkpeople and CC seems really high, and MFP seems really low. Wha do I go by?

Exercise Calories to eat or not to eat?
Hello, I was wondering if I should use the extra calories I earn from exercising. I get 1280 calories a day which seems low, and sometimes I am famished at the end of the day.
