Counting Water
Hi! Do you count whatever water you intake during and after your workouts towards your 64-oz/day "goal"? I feel like if I'm dehydrating myself during cardio, just replenishing what I sweat out brings me back to neutral again and shouldn't really count towards my daily intake. Thoughts?

"8 Apples a Day to Make Your Plateau Go Away"
Has anyone ever heard of eating nothing but at least eight medium-sized apples for one day in order to kick a plateau? I've heard of this but can't find anything regarding whether it actually works. Any feedback would be fantastic! Thanks, and have a great day!
