New to site, not new to struggling
My diatician recomended the site, but I am having trouble following the her recomendations. Its so hard to change my ways and could use some extra help to beat my addiction. Im hoping to meet some people that can help me and I can encourage along the way too. Im hoping for the best.:happy:
