pedometer advice
I'd like to buy something that measures steps, distance, calories burned, heart rate, etc. I don't have a phone that uses apps, can y'all suggest something reasonably affordable for me to use?? Thanks in advance

BMR and MFP confusion
Ok, help me understand. If my BMR is 1,410, should I be on 1,200/day? I changed my goal to lose only one lb/wk, because that is what I was doing anyway, when I should have been losing 1-1/2 according to MFP. Now I am confused to see that number, because 1400 is what MFP gave me to lose 1 per week, yet that is my BMR... .…

minor frustration/.5 gain this week~help?
Ok. I did all the things I know I am supposed to do, ate within reasonable calorie limits all week, exercised in accordance with my goals (which were 30 minutes 3x/wk) - even doing more than that, yet, this morning, I weigh in, and find I GAINED 1/2 lb. confused about fruit and sugar
I am new to MFP. When I set up my food diary, I did not use the "sugar" counter. I have been eating lots of fruit for snack time -- watermelon and grapes, mostly, as they are "in season" and quite refreshing!
