I have just stared working out !!! i am doing 30 - 45 min on the ellipticals!! at night when i work out i cant sleep because i have developed RLS !! I cant take it !!! i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions because i dont wanna stop but i also dont wanna be sleep deprived !!!
I just started using my fitness pal 3 days ago !! I am trying to loose about 90lbs in the next year -thats my long term goal !! My short term goal is to loose 25-30 lbs before my husband returns from a tour in Korea !! I have 3.5 months to get there !!! I hope i can make it !!!
