When I was at the gym my trainer messed around with the MyFitnessPal app. When I burn calories and add the workout to mpf it stopped creating a deficit. I have followed the weight watchers diet for the past 10 years on and off when ever I have needed to lose weight (after baby etc) and I have had really good success on it.
