Can someone tell me why it's recommended to eat the extra calories that we burn through exercise? It seems like it would defeat the purpose of exercising....

I'm using the Leslie Sasone Fast Firming with Firm Band for 30 minutes several times a week in addition to fast paced walking. I can't find anything in the exercise data bank that matches it so I'm not sure how to log it ? Help please :smile:
