Hi, I am Sandi Kaye....I am back on here to get myself under control...lol....I started eating way to many junk foods and really want to get back on track. I am a totally emotional eater and will grab some doritos and coke as often as I can...so this is day 1 with no soda....I am gonna need some help that's for sure...
