I havent been on here in over 3 years. Just got back from a well deserved 4 day cruise and now need to get back to basics. I am in a Tops group here in Florida and need to lose 10 pounds by end of this year. I have to do this FOR ME. Is there anyone on here from FloriYour Ticker da?
