Another newbie! Just been diagnosed diabetic :(
Hi all, Been fighting it for a while but it's snuck up and got me so thought it was best that I took this whole dieting malarky seriously... Sooo need to lose the tummy but we've been friends for while :) Look forward to seeing how every one gets on Cheers Nick
