I need help.
I'm 5'8" and 155 lbs (currently). I'm not "fat" but I want to loose the tummy weight. I'm a 26 year old female and I've been on a 1200 calorie diet for 3.5 months. Honestly, I haven't been working out much... I guess I was hoping (and assuming) that going hungry would do more than just drop 5 lbs. I haven't lost any weight…
