Question about tracking exercise
I was wondering how I should set up MyFitnessPal and track my exercise. According to Scooby's my TDE is 3307, BMR is 2133 and 15% cut is 2810. Should I base MFP at 2810? I work out 5 days a week and usually burn 600 calories per session. When I log this into MFP it gives me an addition 600 calories for the day, but this…
