So it appears to be healthy, so I eat it, but later find out it was over 1500 cal for that meal. why do we hide cal in healthy looking food. this should be a crime!
I think for day one of this new program I'm doing pretty good. I really proud of myself. I'm far from my goal, but for the first time, I feel like this is it! it maybe just the hunger talking, but I'm gonna do this!
