10-mile run NSV (w/ pics)
I ran in a 10-mile event last weekend after a month long cardio-hiatus due to a new weight lifting program I started. I kept a 9:39/mile pace and never stopped running! I finished in 1 hour 36 minutes and felt amazing! I couldn't do this 80 pounds ago!

NSV! 2-piece bathing suit!
I haven't worn a swim suit in 15 years, let alone a two-piece! I made this 1940s swimsuit yesterday and can't wait to wear it at the lake this summer! No way I would have worn it at 200 pounds!

I surpassed my goal! (pics)

Upper & lower body don't match

Shred It With Weights at Costco for CHEAP!
I picked up a copy of Jillian Michael's newest DVD this morning at Costco here in California for $7.99! What a steal! I used her 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones DVD these past few months and have lost 25 pounds, so I'm excited to see how the new DVD compares.
