Not sure how I feel about my "progress" pics

NSV!!
Today I ran a 10k. I ran the WHOLE thing, minus 10 seconds :) My goal had been to run it in an hour, I finished it in 1 hr 1 minute and 15 seconds! I am pretty happy with that. Drinking my calories, bad idea?
I'm new to MFP and today I am under my calories by a lot (500), is it ok if I have a glass of wine to take up some of those calories or should I eat something???
