calories burned doing zumba
Hi I have started doing zumba and i am wondering what is the most accurate calories burnt during. I have a fitbit and that says 656 calories were burnt. I enter it into my fitness pal as zumba fitness and it says 1560 for my weight and how long i worked out. I am just curious on which one i should go by. Thank you in…
