...Did you ever lose the dreaded "lower belly pooch"? If so, how did you do it?
So I'm small framed (135 lbs and 5'5) and therefore won't lose much more weight without looking "too skinny" in my opinion. But I still have ALOT of fat on my belly. Any tips on how I can lose it without getting too little or will I have to lose the fat first and then gain weight in muscle?
