AM I REALLY GOING TO LOSE WEIGHT?
I'M 5'8 FEMALE AT 140LBS. MY GOAL AND COMFORTABLE BODY WEIGHT IS 125LBS OR LESS. (sorry about the caps) I do 100-200 cals for breakfast, 300-400cals for lunch and 400-500cals for dinner, and 1 or two 100cal snack in between the day, and 30mins-1 hr of workout 3 times a week at least.
