BMR????? Obviously I don't understand. Help.
My BMR is 1,570.....What does this mean? Am i supposed to eat at least that much per day without exercise? If that's the case then why does MFP default everyone to 1,200 daily? Consistantly going my daily fiber allowance
I joined MFP about three weeks ago. I am finding that I consistantly go over my daily fiber allowance even though I am staying under my calorie intake. Is this bad? Isn't fiber a "good" thing? Any feedback will be welcome. Thank you!!!!
