HELP! What am I doing wrong?
I count calories, and I work out at least 4 days a week. At least 30 minutes each work out, on weekends I go for an hour. I run the treadmill, walk, and elliptical. One day my weight will be down a few lbs, then the next I will be up again. I am 5'5 and at 134 right now. I want to be back to 113 like I was in the summer!…
