I'm confused. If I'm on the treadmill, why do I have less right to run fast than the guy next to me moving at a slow walk? It's my workout, if I want to train fast I don't see the problem.14 -

4 days? Really? You can't be serious. Also there is no such thing as a specific diet (or exercise) to give you a 6 pack. You need to continue a calorie deficit to continue losing fat.3 -
