After spending much of January ill and only managing 149km, I won't push myself too hard in February but still want to get back towards the dizzy heights of December (220km) so will aim for 200km.3 -

@skippygirlsmom In my head doing short all-out interval style efforts on the cardio machines uses my muscles more like a strength session so still counts as rest from cardio. I'm sure that's right...2 -
