On feet 8hrs a day constantly moving - I’d argue pittntisllg even active would be appropriate Monitor your food/weight for a month and adjust as needed3 -

when i'm stuck inside doing laundry - i walk items 1/2 at a time to put away and then go back to the basket - rinse and repeat1
