I originally lost 25 pounds in the first year.... then I gained 40 pounds over the next 3. Don't eat too much carbs and fat.... you need some plant proteins.3 -

I think the black cherry taste very fake...almost bitter. I would rather save the calories and have real ice cream once a month1
