So I finally tried an Oh Yeah! One bar...Birthday Cake. It was like taking a step back in time...tasted like protein bars from a generation ago. Edible, but not worth the premium price tag.2 -

This. When I was training for a half marathon, I would add 0.5-1.0 miles per week. I'm sure there are more training programs out there. Keep up the good work!1
