I do! ( I have two reasons to run- I'm chasing it or it's chasing me....) I spend at least 90 minutes walking at 3.0+ mph on my treadmill or a 'brisk' pace outside2 -

We ate like crap but we always had money for booze and the things we wanted at that point in life. Had food and decent food been a priority then it probably would have taken priority over cheap Tuesd…6 -
