If you do not have a medical reason to go low carb then just stick with what you can in your calorie goals. By saying "last time this way worked" that implies that it wasn't sustainable so …2 -

I had a mini goal to fit in my lowest weight pants that were in the back of my closet, I finally got them on and zippered and they fit perfect EXCEPT now they were so out of date! Go figure! You work…9 -
