  • One year ago today I dedicated myself to weight loss and better health, and I’m so glad I did! Thanks February 1, 2021 self!!! You ROCKED that year :) Went from walking 2.7 miles in 45 minutes to running 5.25 in 43 minutes. I’ve been in maintenance 2 months and can’t wait to celebrate that anniversary more.

  • That you’ll need ALL new clothes down to underwear. That sometimes you’ll be sad to donate an item because of the memories you made in it - or the way it made you feel.   • I can do the entire Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism AND No More Trouble Zones DVDs without stopping or modifications! In the past I would always try, but either didn’t have the stamina or the upper body strength. I had a week where I had to change up my workouts and pulled those out. I did them both!!!
