It might help to ask for a referral to a registered dietitian. My grandma went through that for a while, but luckily it was temporary. Dairy products like yogurt tend to fill me up.2 -

Technically anything that flavors your food is a seasoning. Herbs and spices are subgroups. Extracts are another subgroup. As well as blends.2 -

One thing that goes along with this thread is something I've seen a few times recently. If someone doesn't like the results of well done studies, they claim that there needs to be more studies done.3 -

And they ignore the well developed studies that show it does nothing. It would be mainstream medicine if it worked.2 -

I'm also a kidney stone former. Not all fruit is high in oxalates, though. Most of the time I try to eat those fruits, but every once in a while I like my berries as a treat.3
