I get intense HUNGER occasionally, and then I add a protein bar or a protein bar + plain greek yogurt snack. I stick to protein to satiate in these cases, avoiding adding carbs to my regular macros.1 -

Spin + weights. December is my daily month. No rest days. Some lighter active recovery days, but no "off" days. Logging too, of course.3 -
