I think focussing on reducing cals is a good way to start. I started swimming a lot and go so hungry I found cal deficit difficult so put on weight. This time I have focussed on cals and building up …1 -

I am so pleased- I have just lost my first stone and am half way to my goal weight. I might change my goal weight when I get there2
