"Weight loss is hormones not calories" is lying to make a buck. Doctors saying false things like that is probably part of why everybody doesn't know CICO, to bring this full circle.25 -

Who doesn't acknowledge that people who have difficulty controlling their weight have a hard time losing it? Most people don't want to be morbidly obese and struggle walking up 2 steps to the bakery.…12 -
