Are you saying the one a year ago when they had less knowledge is more accurate? Because why?
-
Ok then to answer your question, that's the good you do when you exercise and then eat your calories. 🙂 👍

Yes, it's a real concept. No, what you're being told isn't true at all.

I'm not a runner so the only advice I have is to take care of your ankles!

Ghosts always look like they’re hiding in pictures because if they get caught they Die 2.0 & they don’t know what happens the 2nd time.

Sorry to leave everybody hanging, we had a really nice summer and are paying it off this weekend. There were a lot of rescues and it was hard to find info on this one in particular until late. Most of what I was able to find was about another helicopter rescue 10 miles away, also of stranded people who were cut off by a…

Conflicting reports. Armed forces (?) sent two more birds, one is headed to Seattle. Not clear whether it has two hikers.

Whether did you get the idea the only reason to exercise is to lose weight? You just said exercising was great? I suspect your calorie burn is very exaggerated though.

I don't sell them, but I'm going to have to have some of these for myself. I'm sure we can get the printer to make them available to you. Send a PM and we'll figure it out. 🙂

Since it's tux time. This is a kitten that showed up yesterday, she is a daughter of the stray cat we rescued, so a big sister to my kittens. This is my Snowy, that cat's younger brother.

😳 I'm with you on that.

Ours are tractive. We haven't used any other ones (except Air Tags, which aren't great for this) so I can't say how it compares. I think the neighbor paid $35 each per tracker, we also have a $5/month data plan for them. It uses its own cellular to share the cat's location, so we can find them without any concerns about…

Those are some very long swims! I just swam every day for a week, until the weather went bad, but 1,800 yards per day has been more typical. Even that is a lot of work. You're talking a mile and a half, which feels like walking almost ten miles! Why do you want to swim every day? Would shorter distances achieve that for…

Sahale in the foreground has her tracker zip tired to her harness. She's having a meeting with a neighborhood cat we've been calling Badger. Badger is friendly, he got the name because of the colors.

Humans evolved to make judgements about an individual's health and longevity risks based on their appearance. That's part of why physical attraction is part of selecting a mate, and it's why people tend to avoid people who look sick. This is built into our nature.

Happy new bike day! And happy cake day too! What bike did you get? Do you have any pictures?

Usually what you're seeing means MI needs to spend the money building an MFP interface.
-
If this is broadly assumed, it's only by people who don't understand math.
-
You're confused about the way this works and the many reasons for or points of exercise. A healthier approach will pay dividends for you.

Usually but not always it's whoever built the wheel that installed the rim tape. You can add more to that spot.

Get a bike!

Can you clarify how many of those are active calories? It will help people give you a better answer.
-
It is absolutely 100% accurate and never wrong, as long as you follow the many worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics and grant that MFP may be describing a different world than the one we inhabit. It depends how much you eat between now and when you're talking about. The future is unknown and the MFP algorithm doesn't…

I think we've always cared what other people think of us, for survival reasons. We're a social species, our niche is in groups of other people. Why does it seem like we need more validation these days? My hunch is it's a perfect storm of several things. It's easier to look for now, you can talk to thousands of people…

I've had one Suunto watch, the humble but mighty Core. I liked it. I have considered many of their GPS watches over the years but have gone with Garmin instead for various reasons. Suunto seems to do a good job and is ahead of Garmin in some ways. Do you have an Edge or other device to capture your power data and give you…
