2019 was a horrible year for me and I formed a terribly, unhealthy relationship with alcohol. I resorted to alcohol as a form of stress relief and relaxation. I’m committing to 60 days AF as of tomor…15 -

Honestly, my goals seem out of reach or distant but I still feel they are achievable. Work and family was crazy busy today but felt good to end my day with a yoga session.1
