Just did it all with mfp, joined last year on may 11th, counted calories only for the first 3 months, then once some weight came off, i started doing a cardio youtube video for a couple months, once …2 -

Starvation mode is a myth. If she's not losing she's not logging accurately. Eating too little does not cause you to hold on to fat. If that was true I would not of lost 103lbs already.2 -

stop eating without any structure, plan your day, dont just wake up, put food in your mouth and then log it later, you arent going to be honest by the end of the day, when you remember to log that is…1
