Re: Work snacks
My favorite snacks vary. Right now, it’s full fat cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs. I consistently have a low fat string cheese (Aldi’s fit and active is 50 calories a stick). Carrots are great too!2 -

I use it to cook a whole chicken. I shred the meat and I use the chicken for tacos (no shell) or buffalo chicken dip (and dip with celery).2 -

Gosh I love sardines! My Gramma would buy the sardines (sprats) in oil and we would eat on buttered French bread. It’s been a while! I know what I am requesting next time I go over to her house!1 -
