This isn’t true. As someone who drinks 60-80oz of water a day, usually iced, I feel confident saying that. I have had to count calories and work for every pound lost.4 -

Worked on my bench press before boxing with coach. Still at 85lb for my max which is a little disappointing since that’s what I got 2 months ago. Next max out is in 12 weeks and I’m motivated to hit …2 -

3.32 miles jogging through the redwoods. I’m blessed to live where I do with so many amazingly beautiful trails.2
