Good plan! I usually make the servings the same as the number of grams as I find that easier. 733 grams is 733 servings. Then I can just log however many grams I ate1 -
Re: Jump Rope/Hula Hoop
Bought a jump rope but went at it too enthusiastically and injured my Achilles. I intend to get back to it but will definitely go slowly and build up to it this time.2 -

You can probably correct that over the course of the next week by reducing your intake by 1/7 of a calorie each day. 😆23
