Plus the timing of protein doesn't have to be 100% after the workout studies have shown 2-4 hours after the workout results to be the same as immediately after.1 -

You have to honestly really starve yourself like sub 500 calories a day MFP will tell you if you are low in calories so stick to the plan it's a marathon.1
