You have to honestly really starve yourself like sub 500 calories a day MFP will tell you if you are low in calories so stick to the plan it's a marathon.1 -

I've lost 115 and still see myself as big at 274 now but my clothes started falling off after 30lbs. Different for everyone as starting points are all different we all lose in different spots I lost …5 -

Hate to say it stop exercising and sleep be amazed what it does to stress. But all about CICO if your exercise helps your stress level have at it but if think that is way to weight loss hate to break…2
