As long as you are within your calorie allowance you can eat anything but it's good to focus on healthy foods. I don't deprive myself of chocolate everyday, just make sure they are within my calories…1 -

I don't worry too much about whether calories come from carbs protein or fat. As long as I'm within my calorie limit I'm loosing weight. I think logging what you eat now is a good idea. Good luck.1
