Mine still hadn't synced since early June too. Anyone know when this will be resolved?

I'm 5 feet. Started at 154 pounds and I am maintaining on 113 pounds. My initial goal weight was higher at 122 pounds but when I got there I thought surely I can get closer to my weight as a teenager and I did it. Aside from counting calories. Fitbit has been a godsend in terms of tracking calories burned/output. Have…

Add me if you like 😊

I'm a mum with 3 children. Feel free to add me. Reached goal weight a few months ago and have been in maintenance.

Thank you so much. And it was actually a 90 day period... what were the odds of that so I guess 64 calories isn't far off. And yes 14000 did represent the pounds lost in calories. I'm actually quire relieved knowing that the tracker is pretty close and now I also know why I have continued to lose weight and will continue…

Take the number of pounds you've lost in that period, multiply that by 3500. Compare that to the total number of calories from your tracker that you didn't eat back, over the same time period. If the numbers are close, you can eat all of the adjustment. If there's a gap, divide by the number of days to get a rough estimate…

In your opinion do you think the devise underestimates then? I still don't eat all the adjustment back even though I've been in maintenance for a few months. I've lost a few more pounds too during this period. Starting to think now that I should probably eat all the adjustment back to stop losing. Just so frightened of…

It did nothing for me in terms of weight loss but it delayed my period a few times which scared the hell out of me so I stopped taking it. Didn't experience/notice any benefits of taking it.

I'm so moved and inspired by your story. Thank you for sharing. You look stunning! I've been in maintenance for a few months so those tips will really help.

I too have struggled with maintenance. I haven't gained but have very gradually lost some more. Still haven't quite figured out how many calories I should be eating. I'm set to sedentary and then fitbit does the adjustment for me. On very active days there can be quite a big surplus. I don't always eat them all back. I'm…

I'm also 5 foot 1 and completely agree. It's nice to get a few extra calories through activity particularly as we don't get much being small.

What I do is remember that everyone has imperfections even those that are very attractive on the eye will have their own imperfections and insecurities. I admire and appreciate beauty in other people as opposed to compare myself to others and remember all the things I like about myself. And as someone else has said true…

Most of my calories are used at that mealtime.

Dinner for me. Can eat fairly light up to that point but when it's dinner time I'm ready to eat heavy.
-
I have so much more energy since losing weight. No longer feel sluggish/lazy. It feels wonderful.
-
Feel free to add me. Also in maintenance
-
Thank you for the advice I need to do that. I also get fitbit adjustments but I'm still too scared to eat those extra calories. I know I should/need to but I keep thinking what if it's wrong!! It's obviously not as I've lost 6 more pounds!
-
I'm a few months into maintenance although I've lost a further 6 pounds even though I'm eating at maintenance most days. Not complaining but don't want to lose any more now. Don't think I've found the balance yet!
-
Me too. Although I'm not sure how we add?
-
Hey I'm 5 1 and I've lost 35 pounds and have exceeded my goal weight. Trying to maintain now. Feel free to add me 😊

Add me. I'm a daily logger ☺

Yes!!! I have 3 children and ballooned with all of them. I have managed to lose 23 pounds now with 9 pounds to go. You can do this. Track and log everything you eat honestly.. even on days where you go over. If you follow the process the weight will come off. Patience is key, slow and steady is best for weight loss. Don't…

There are some really good ted talks on self compassion on youtube which are really inspiring and pinterest has some really good quotes on self compassion. I think we can say things to ourselves which are so hurtful and comments that we would never say to another human being. Self compassion is being a good friend to…

So muscular too!!

Oh wow... fantastic and inspiring. Congrats to both.

Do you need to lose anymore because you look great!?
-
Wow... that really is incredible. Huge well done :) You look amazing and I imagine you must feel it too.

Great thead. Being kind to oneself is also so important! I've learnt a lot about self compassion over the last year which has done wonders for me.
