I think I would pass out if I didn't eat breakfast! I usually work out for an hour before breakfast, and by then I'm more than ready for eggs and whole-wheat toast.1 -

I just stalled for three weeks as well, in spite of weighing every morsel of food and working out. But it was just water weight due to ovulation/ new exercise/TOM, and now it's coming off nicely agai…2 -

No. Too few carbs would not slow your weight loss. That's why so many people have lost weight eating low carbs or keto.2
