I use Syntrax Nectar and Just began taking PES. I've tried Quest and they're pretty good but most quest products have a bad aftertaste to me, so I don't use them much.2 -

I weigh daily. For me, it helps to understand my natural fluctuations on a day to day basis to prepare me for maintenance. If weighing daily will make you anxious, stick to weekly or biweekly.2 -
