Aim to just lose weight. For now, don't put a number to it. You will be better for it. Down from 330+ to ~225 in a little over a year.31 -

Probably averaged 200g of carbs while losing over 100 lbs. Looking at my limit now, it 185g. But I hit my calorie goals most of the time. Your body is fine. Focus on calories over carbs.2 -

Terry Fox 9K this Sunday 7.5 K on Oct 1 10K on Oct 8. But I've done 10K the past two weekends (how the *puppy* did that happen) at 1:15, a time I'm happy with for now.1
