I don't. I walk 5-10miles a day (in one go, Nordic style). I also do boxing and pilates. I find it more motivating than lifting weights at a gym.2 -

When I worked in retail (a bank) I was on my feet all day and would regularly clock in 20k steps which meant I was v active. You should get a pedometer and check your steps2 -

Swimming, stationary bike, walking, rope climbing with a full harness, yoga, gentle piyo, rowing are all fairly non-load bearing activities and easy on your joints.1 -
Re: Advocare products with anxiety and metformin
Metformin will help with the weight loss long term. Agree that you shouldn't ignore your doctor's advice. Most of this type of stuff doesn't work long term.1 -

See your doctor. Spontaneous bruising is often a sign of something serious.2
