6/2: 174.6 6/3: 173.8 I'm still a ways away from last Sunday's weight of 171.6. Weight is finally going down from sodium, but still way up.3 -
Re: Saturday's are my weak point.
I find I have a problem with boredom eating. If I'm home alone with nothing really to do I eat. I've found keeping busy solves this problem. I go out most Saturdays now even if it's to go for a walk …2 -

I would've made my mini goal of being under 170 this week, but water weight has hit and I'm up three pounds from last week now. :| silly sodium. I should hit my goal though within the next two weeks.8
