This. I was told years ago that I had to drink my body weight in oz of water in order to lose weight. I weighed 240lbs at the time and there was no way I was going to be able to do that daily.6 -

I weigh daily and log it in a trending app. Scale fluctuations used to bother me tremendously until I started weighing daily and going by the trend.2 -
Re: What are your exercise plans for the fall?
I will definitely be doing more outdoor activities come fall and I really can't wait to start doing my evening walks again. It's so hot here in summer that I don't want to leave the comfort of my air…1
