My Nalgene has served me for several years and put up with a lot of abuse. I put it in the freezer half-full most nights, drop it multiple times a day, throw it in my work bag without leaks, etc.1 -

Anything not “worth it”—whether thanks sacrificing earlier in the day to eat more later, or even slowing my goals. Right now, that includes fast food, soft drinks, most bread, most convienence foods.…2 -
