Eat the Big Mac! No fries, Diet Coke and then walk home. Once you start limited yourself that's when the rails fall off. Just pre-plan and make what you want to eat fit into your day.11 -

I just drink coffee. You can eat whatever you want in the morning as long as it fits in your calories. I don't eat any food until lunch time.2
